- 1.3 pounds Chicken Meat
- 0.5 pounds Pork Meat
- 0.3 pounds Bacon
- 1 Tablespoon Spices
- 4 Tablespoons Mustard
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup Half & Half

Coat Chicken steak thinly with one tablespoon of mustard sprinkled with whit, spices and pepper. Put the pork meat and pepper on chicken meat, cover all with bacon . Roll meat and tie firmly. At the bottom of pan put leeks and cover it with bacon. Pass all rolled pieces in leek and cover them with bacon. Cover everything with foil and put to bake at 350F for one hour. Occasionaly open and baste meat with chicken soup. Before baking is over, remove foil and bake this way until meat get nice and delicious crust.
